1. Who We Are

TDR Labs is an independent software studio. This website presents the studio and its products.

2. What This Website Collects

This is a simple informational website. It does not offer accounts, does not require a login, does not show advertising, does not sell personal data, and does not track users across apps or websites.

Like most websites, the server that hosts tdrlabs.dev automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is standard server activity used to operate the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

3. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, third-party advertising, or cross-site tracking. The site is served as plain static pages.

4. If You Email Us

If you contact TDR Labs by email, we receive the email address and the message content you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, and keep appropriate records of the communication.

5. Links to Other Services

This website links to The Control Method on its own domain and to the Apple App Store. Those services have their own privacy terms, which apply when you use them.

6. Data Retention

Technical server records are retained for a limited period as part of normal hosting operation and security. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to keep appropriate records.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or to object to certain processing.

For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, TDR Labs relies on its legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website, and on consent where it is required. To make a request, email support@tdrlabs.dev. Because this website does not use accounts, some requests may be limited by what we can technically identify.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Statement

TDR Labs may update this statement from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
